To ensure transparency and clarity, certain parts, repairs, maintenance items, and vehicle conditions are excluded under the warranty coverage. We encourage customers to review the full exclusion list and warranty terms before purchasing a plan.
Once the program is activated, it is non-refundable and non-transferable to another vehicle. Transfer to a new owner with the same vehicle is allowed subject to management approval.
Warranty activates only when full payment has been received. Any default in premium payment gives Lunar Saga the right to void the warranty or reject claims.
All coverage ceases once the vehicle reaches the expiry date or the expiry mileage stated on the registration page — whichever comes first.
If lost, report immediately to the administrator. A replacement booklet costs RM100. The booklet is compulsory for any claim.
If you sell the vehicle, you may transfer the policy to the new owner as long as the premium is paid in full and approved by Lunar Saga.
This program is governed by Malaysian law. Customers in Singapore or Thailand may commence legal proceedings in their local courts.
